1. e.g. if it is Bb major play Bb A G A Bb den play with diff majors.
2. play chromatic scales from e slow tempo to e fast tempo but increase gradually.

tonguing
1. play one major in 4 1 count 4 every notes, play 8 quavers 4 every notes, play 4 sets of triplet or 16 semiquavers.
Don always play with e same major.
